Draft Streets, Public Places and the Prevention of Noise Nuisances Amendment By-Law
The City is in the process of updating the Streets, Public Places and the Prevention of Noise Nuisances Amendment By-Law.
The By-Law relates to the management of streets and public places, noise nuisance and other incidental matters on all properties within Cape Town.
Please note that the public and interested parties or groups are given the opportunity to submit comments, recommendations or input by the 17th of May 2020.
