Please note: Membership is open to all property owners in the MMID. While membership cannot be denied, it is not automatic and must be applied for by the property owner.

Members can attend, participate and vote at the members’ meetings held under the auspices of the Companies Act. Should a member be unable to attend a meeting, they may give another individual their proxy to attend and vote on their behalf.

Non-members may attend meetings and participate, but cannot vote and therefore have limited influence on the activities of the City Improvement District.
