Kindly find attached the digital copy of the letter-drop issued to the occupiers of your property, notifying them of the proposed development intended for the adjacent property, for your convenience.
The proposed public participation process commences on Monday, 11th July 2022 and will conclude on Wednesday, 10th August 2022. We will not distribute the link to the files to you, unless you advise us, in writing, that you would like to be registered as an Interested & Affected Party (I&AP) for this project. Registered I&APs will have an opportunity to comment on the proposed development in accordance with the documents compiled for public comment and will be kept informed of the progress and outcome, of the assessment. All private information will be managed in-line with the POPI Act, 2013.
