Montague Gardens-Marconi Beam Improvement District Needs Survey

Dear Stakeholder

Thank you for attending the public meeting that was held on the 16 February 2016 to discuss the formation of an improvement district for Montague Gardens and Marconi Beam. We really appreciated your support.

We only have until the end of April 2016 to get 150 more needs analysis surveys completed by property owners in Montague Gardens and Marconi Beam.  If we don’t reach the target of 150 surveys completed by the end of April 2016, there will not be enough time to complete the other requirements by the end of September 2016, which is the cut-off date set by the City of Cape Town.

We will then have to wait until July 2018 before we have the necessary approvals to establish an improvement district in Montague Gardens and Marconi Beam.

If you believe that an improvement district is necessary, please assist the Steering Committee by asking other property owners that you know to complete the survey.
